PROJECT DETAILS: ‘The Inspired Villages’ Ampfield Meadows development, which will be delivered over 4 phases, will include the construction of:

  1. A Village Centre, comprising of 3 penthouse apartments, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a restaurant, a hair salon, a library, an arts and crafts centre, plus many more amenity offerings.
  2. A total of 198 assisted living units.
  3. External works comprising of Japanese gardens, wildlife watching areas, an amphitheatre, a petanque court and many more eye catching features.

Cadence Projects are appointed as PM/EA to lead the development from concept design through to completion of all phases in 2029.
